Lelia Maras-Carr

Lelia H. “Weeze” Maras Carr, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, formerly of Vienna, Ohio, died unexpectedly Friday, June 6, 2014, in the Emergency Room of Florida Medical Center due to respiratory failure. She was 38.
Lelia was born October 27, 1975, in Warren, Ohio, a daughter to James Harold & Clara Jane (Pinkerton) Maras.
She was employed as a waitress for Inverrary Hotel & Resort, Sunrise, Florida. She had previously been employed at General Motors, Lordstown, Ohio, as an assembler.
Survivors include: her parents, of Vienna; her sister, Mary Jane Maras, of Ft. Lauderdale; her sons, Sydney, of Fowler, Ohio, and Gavin, of Ft. Lauderdale; and her extended family too.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Terry C. Maras; and by her husband, James F. Carr, III.
A time of gathering to honor Lelia’s life will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014, from 6-7 PM at Briceland Funeral Service, 379 State Route 7, SE, Brookfield, Ohio 44403. She will be laid to rest with family in the Vienna Township Cemetery.
