Margaret R. Scutillo

Margaret R. Scutillo, of Hubbard, Ohio, formerly of Howland, Ohio, peacefully entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, following a period of declining health. She was 96.

Margaret was born in Clairton, Pennsylvania, on October 20, 1928, a daughter to Arnold & Margaret (Eschelbacher) Reichart.

She graduated in 1946 from Brookfield High School and was a member of the former St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Masury, Ohio.

Margaret was a career accountant working for Elastomeric Products, Inc., in North Jackson, Ohio. 

In her spare time, she enjoyed walking, traveling, gardening, & reading. She took pride in keeping her house in order and was very meticulous about her surroundings. She was a kind soul and had the warmest heart. She will truly be missed.

Survivors include: her handsome husband, Ralph L. Scutillo, whom she held hands with since November 7, 1968; her caregiver niece, JoAnn Coen (Mel), of Hubbard, Ohio; as well as several other nieces, nephews, and great ones too.

She was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Lillian S. Scutillo; step-son, Thomas O. Scutillo; sister, Elizabeth "Bettie" Kohler; and brothers, Arnold, Norman, Frank, Edward, & William Reichart.

A private family service will be held in Margaret’s honor. She will be laid to rest in Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna, Ohio.
