Robert Underwood

Robert L. Underwood, of Burghill, Ohio, began his Heavenly life on Sunday, February 28, 2016, while a patient at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, Ohio. He was 73.
Bob was born March 30, 1942, in Summersville, West Virginia, a son to Oakie & Marjorie (Fast) Underwood.
A truck driver by trade, he worked for many trucking companies throughout the valley.
In his spare time, Bob enjoyed playing cards, horseback riding, and being the “Boss”.
Survivors include: his wife, Denise C. (Egan) Underwood, whom he married April 15, 2000; his sons, Bobby & Jason Underwood; his daughters, Barbara Gonzalez, Christine Hunkus, and Donna Nearhoof; his sisters, Vikki Peralta, Debbie Slazin, and Kelly Rusboldt; his fifteen grandchildren; and his favorite mare, Ivy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by his brother, David Underwood; and by his sister, Cheryl Underwood.
In accordance to his wishes, no services are to be held.
