Sandra Braho

Sandra Joan Braho, of Wheatland, Pennsylvania, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, in the Emergency Room of Jameson Hospital, New Castle, Pennsylvania, following a sudden illness. She was 78.
Sandra was born May 22, 1937, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, a daughter to James & Arlene (Park) Snair.
Shortly after her mother passed away, she began working to help support her family. Throughout her working career, she held various positions as a waitress, cashier, and cook at Inn 62, Sharon, the original Hickory Grill, Hermitage, and the former Suburban Restaurant, Hermitage, where she showcased her many talents for more than 28 years.
Sandra was a former member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hermitage.
In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing and was proud to bait her own hook, camping, boating, and baking.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald J. Braho., Jr. (Tracy Lou), Randy A. Snair (Gwen), Paul Edwards, Jr., and Tracy Lynn Braho; her grandchildren, Ashley, Brandi, Cortnee, Zachary, Rhonda, Jennifer, & Gary; her twelve great-grandchildren; her one great-great-granddaughter; her brother, Fred Snair; her sisters, Mary Fluke and Marcia Erwin; and her many nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her former husband, Ronald J. Braho, Sr.; by her daughter, Mary Edwards-Jones; by her brother, Freeman "Jim" Snair; and by her sister, Linda Gabert.
A time of gathering to honor Sandra’s life will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016, from 10:30-12:00 PM in the Victory Christian Center, 269 Cowden Rd., New Wilmington, Pennsylvania 16142. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in Morefield Cemetery, Hermitage.
