William "Bill" Allen
August 14, 1950 — December 29, 2014
William “Bill” James Allen, of Masury, Ohio, entered eternal rest at 4:13 pm Monday, December 29, 2014 while a patient in the Sharon Regional Health Care System following a brief illness. He was 64.
Bill was born August 14, 1950, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, a son to Wilbur Joseph & Viola June (Bice) Allen.
Self was forgotten the day that Bill left his home to defend our flag and fight for our freedom. He enlisted in the U.S. Army while the Vietnam Conflict was ongoing. Following his honorable discharge, he found employment with Sharon Tube Company.
He was a member of the former VFW Post #8860, Masury. In his spare time, Bill loved cheering on his Cleveland Indians and Browns. In addition, his favorite place to be was at Papa Louies, Brookfield.
He is survived by: his daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Allen, St. Petersburgh, Florida; and his sister, Priscilla “La” English & her husband Dave, Masury; as well as his extended family and close friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
